Callum is a specialist in culture and the creative industries. He is Deputy Director of the European Creative Business Network and an Associate Director at BOP Consulting. The European Creative Business Network (ECBN) connects creative hubs, incubators, and development agencies across Europe. The network has members in 18 of the 28 member states. At BOP (www.bop.co.uk) he leads on research and strategic planning projects for clients in the cultural and creative industries, including the European Commission, the Technology Strategy Board, the European Centre for the Creative Economy, British Film Institute, D&AD, Creative England, and many others. He has written business plans, feasibility studies, or strategies for nearly twenty creative hubs.
