He has led multiple research and strategy programmes on behalf of governments, development agencies and high profile cultural bodies. His work includes high level strategy and policy work in over 40 countries. Major clients include The World Bank, UNESCO, European Commission, British Council, Arts Council England, Nesta and BFI. He has also led on Bid and programme development for several European Capitals of Culture.
