"Building Connectivity: discussing the creation of a bottom-up Creative Hub Manager Talent Exchange Programme for ""Resident Visitors"":
There is much to be learned from spending time in different Creative Hubs, learning best practices and sharing experiences in settings different from our own.
The concept of creating a ""Talent Exchange Programme"" across European borders is not new; in music for example we have the ETEP Program, the European Talent Exchange Platform: www.etep.nl
Perhaps the time is now for Creative Hub Managers to get together and start a new platform project or ""CHMTEP"" style project (Creative Hub Managers' Talent Exchange Programme), made by and for Hub Managers themselves.
Factoria Cultural's Rosina Gómez-Baesa will start off the proceedings by sharing Factoria's own experience with ""Resident Visitors"", discussing pilot programmes from Spain and inviting other Hub Managers on board for the next logical step: the creation of a new European Project for ""Resident Visitor"" Hub Managers to be able to experience other Hubs, other surroundings, and other experiences to enrich and empower their own."
